"Down By The Bay" 9 X 12 Oil On Panel

There are times when you just need to pull out the palette knife and go for it. This was one of those times. I couldn't sleep one night and was tossing and turning, when suddenly I just felt the need to paint. So in the wee hours of the night, I pulled out all the stops and just went for it. The hues of Brillant colors melted like butter as they were applied to the canvas. What a great feeling, and then wouldn't you know it, I was tired, went back to bed and slept like a rock.

New Murals

Here are the two new murals I have just completed for Beiseker School and the Town of Irricana. I seem to be spending a lot of time painting large pieces this summer and helping coordinate the mural program in Irricana. We have 20 murals in total now in town with more coming.
